LEADERSHIP
Jason has a heart to see people transformed as they meet God in the person of Jesus Christ. He provides primary leadership at Grace as the lead pastor and is responsible for shepherding the church through preaching, vision, and member care. He and his wife, Kelly, have two children: Jasey and Josh.
Jon’s desire for Grace is that we would be attentive to the direction of the spirit and obedient to perform the works we’re directed to do for the glory of the name of Jesus. His favorite thing about Grace is that we’re committed to the whole truth of scripture and are unified in pursuing that understanding. He also loves that we are outreach-oriented and welcoming to those outside of our congregation. He and his wife, Deb, have three children: Cherith, Lael, and David.
Rob’s desire for Grace Salado is to create and foster an atmosphere where everyone can encounter the grace, mercy, and love of Jesus in everything we do- whether on campus, in homes, in the community, or around the world. His favorite thing about Grace is the authenticity of its members. Real people who love Jesus and are eager to worship and follow Him. He and his wife, Audrey, have two children: Samantha and Sydney.
MINISTRY STAFF
Sam desires to lead passionate worship through song in response to the good news of eternal life through Jesus. At Grace, Sam is responsible for leadership of Sunday worship services and equipping people to worship God with their whole lives. He and his wife, Dusty, have three children: Sawyer, Jahnabell, and Jeremiah.
David’s desire is to help people love Jesus more and love their neighbor more. He’s passionate about disciple-making, church planting, and spreading the gospel to the ends of the earth. At Grace, he leads all business operations of the church and oversees missions, outreach, and church planting. He and his wife, Kelley, have three children: Kennedy, Shiloh, and Samuel.
Lauren desires to see families flourish and to assist parents in being the chief disciplers of their children. Alongside a team of volunteers, Lauren leads the ministry work to children at Grace, birth through 5th Grade. She also helps with the day to day administrative work at Grace. She and her husband, Luke, have two children: Finley and Brynleigh.
Corey desires for people to come to know and love Jesus above all other things through a deeper understanding of the Bible. Corey leads the student ministry at Grace for grades 6th-12th. He is married to his wife, Hope.
Johanna desires to see children live freely in Christ and encouraging them to Christ-centered community. Johanna leads the Grace Littles ministry alongside Lauren for birth through Pre-K and and also coordinates events, media, and communications at Grace. She and her husband, Josh, have three children: Bellamy, Eliza, & Peter.
Cade is the pastoral intern at Grace and helps support the day to day ministries of the church. He assists in the leadership of Grace Students, the worship team, as well as missions and outreach.
Steven oversees all of Grace’s facilities and maintains the church campus. He is responsible for all maintenance requests, repairs, and needs related to the physical church building. He and his wife, Holly, have three children, Scout, Jensen, and Tori.
Diane oversees all of the day to day accounting at grace. She’s responsible for carrying out payroll, expenses and invoices, financial reporting, and more.
Dominic is responsible for maintaining the outside of Grace’s campus and the groundskeeping. He and his wife Jennifer have five children, Demetra, Mackenzie, Jada, Jerell, and Deidra.
