Grace Kids & Littles

All throughout scripture you can see God’s deep love for children. At Grace, we have this same love for kids, and we desire to partner with parents in their child’s spiritual formation.

At 9am & 11am, the youngest children (Birth through Pre-K) are invited to join us for Grace Littles where they'll learn from our Jesus Storybook Bible Curriculum. Older children (Kinder through 5th grade) will join parents for the beginning of the worship service to pray and sing along with you. Just before the sermon begins, we will dismiss them to a special Grace Kids time of their own. As you listen to the sermon, they'll be learning from the Biggest Story Curriculum.

Grace Students

We are passionate about making disciples. One of the most important ways we do this is by partnering with families in discipling students. We designed our youth ministry to help students encounter God, be equipped with truth, and engage the world.

Throughout the school year, students grades 6-12 meet every Wednesday night in the student room for Bible study. Students can begin arriving at 6:15 to grab a snack and hang out, and bible study begins at 6:30. Each week, there's a game, some student-led worship, and a teaching time followed by small group discussion.

 Community Groups

God calls his people to be involved in a community of believers where we know others and are known by others. At Grace, we call these places Community Groups. These weekly gatherings are central to our spiritual growth, and are the primary way we study God's word together, pray together, and live life together.

Groups typically consist of 10-20 people who gather in member’s homes throughout Bell County, and we have groups for every age and stage.

Counseling & Care

Jesus spent much of his time caring for the hurting, lost, and broken. At Grace, we want to provide care and support for those who are suffering, and the primary way we do this is through our Stephen Ministry.

Stephen ministers are members of Grace who have been trained to provide high-quality, one-on-one, Christ-centered care to people going through a crisis or life-difficulty. Stephen Ministers typically have one “care receiver” at a time and meet with that person once a week for about an hour.

We also have Grief Support Groups that meet each Wednesday night at 6:30 in the Church Foyer Meeting Room to help and encourage those who have lost a spouse, child, family member, or friend. If you’re interested in joining, you can email Mary Hendrix for more information.

Groups will meet for 10 weeks, beginning Aug. 2nd.

 Missions

God is passionate about raising up disciples from every tribe, tongue, and nation, and we believe that every follower of Jesus has an important role to play in his work among the nations.

At Grace, we want to equip and send people to reach the unreached and plant healthy multiplying churches among the nations. We do this through providing missions training classes, going on short-term trips, praying for the lost, and sending long-term goers.

 Outreach

In Matthew 25, Jesus said “Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.”

At Grace, we desire to see every member actively praying for, giving to, and serving those in our community who are most in need; to spread God's kingdom by being the hands and feet of Jesus. Some of the organizations we currently support are the Body of Christ Community Clinic, Hope Pregnancy Center, & Garden of Hope Children's Home. We also have members who are actively involved with CASA of Bell County, J.A.I.L. Ministries, Foster Love, and more.
