We’ll spend 4 weeks learning about God’s redemptive plan for the Nations and how he’s calling you to be a part of His work. This is the perfect way to deepen your understanding of missions, join a community of other disciple making disciples, and be better equipped to take the gospel to the unreached.
We will meet each Sunday evening from 5:30-6:30 and will study the following topics:
Week 1: Story of Glory- How God has been passionately spreading His glory to the ends of the earth from Genesis to Revelation. This lesson will help students answer the question “why missions?”
Week 2: Disciples Make Disciples- A look at how the bible calls each of us to make disciples who make disciples. We’ll learn how the biblical themes of multiplication and reproducibility should affect our approach to missions.
Week 3: All Things to All People- We’ll learn what contextualization is and how we can effectively communicate to the gospel in different cultures and contexts.
Week 4: The Missionary Task and the Task Remaining- We’ll discuss the roles and responsibilities of a missionary, where the gospel is most needed, and 5 ways that you can get involved right now
